360 Precision was established in 2019 as a premier NFA production manufacturer and custom firearms shop located just north of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Specializing in precision rifles, our expertly crafted firearms are ideal for both competitive shooting, hunting, target shooting enthusiasts.
In mid-2020, 360 Precision expanded into a full-scale manufacturing shop, initially focusing on specialized add-on components designed specifically for competitive rifle shooters. Driven by innovation and quality, we rapidly evolved into producing complete, high-performance rifles within our advanced, state-of-the-art machine shop.

About the Founder
360 Precision was founded in 2019 by Dan Cogan, an experienced professional with over 20 years in the physical and electronic security industry. Driven by his passion for precision firearms, Dan started the company single-handedly, using only a simple manual lathe and a strong desire to create high-quality firearms. Today, 360 Precision has grown into a complete CNC machine shop, staffed by skilled employees dedicated to excellence.
As an active Precision Rifle Series (PRS) competitor and avid hunter, Dan continually brings firsthand experience and insight to the company’s product development process. His relentless pursuit of precision and continual improvement ensures that 360 Precision consistently delivers exceptional quality products and unmatched customer service.
Under Dan’s leadership, the company continues to expand, regularly introducing innovative new products to better serve our customers and the precision firearms community.
