Active Duty Law Enforcement Officers – A copy of your department ID card or any document that shows you are active law enforcement.

Active Duty United States Military Personnel – A copy of your government-issued ID card or any document that shows you are active duty military.

Active First Responders – A copy of your department ID card or any document that shows you are an active first responder.

Veterans – A copy of your government-issued ID card that shows your Veteran status or your form DD-214.
