What makes the ARCA handguard different from a standard handguard?

Most competition AR-15 handguards are M-LOK tubes that hold accessories and free-float the barrel. The Evolution’s patented ARCA handguard does all of that plus two additional things:

First, it integrates a full ARCA dovetail along the bottom of the handguard, giving you infinite fore-aft adjustment for bipods, tripods, and barricade clamps without bolting on a separate ARCA rail. It is built in, not bolted on.

Second, it houses a steel weight that slides in and out without tools. The weight changes the rifle’s balance point, which directly affects how the rifle settles in different shooting positions.
