RETURNS

We will approve the return of an order if the order has incorrect specifications on parts or services within 30 days of receipt by the buyer. 360 Precision will inspect the rifle or product and fix all incorrect specifications.  If the rifle or product cannot be fixed 360 Precision will issue a refund within 60 days.

Once a deposit is made NO refunds can be issued.

Returns on 360 Precision Original products are accepted within 30 days of original purchase date. There will be a 20% restocking fee when products are returned within the 30-day period.

WARRANTY

We warranty any original 360 Precision products from manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the product. Normal wear and tear is not covered in this warranty.

GUARANTEE

Our goal is customer satisfaction through our products and services. If any of our products or services fall short in performance or function, please contact us and we will work with you to ensure you are satisfied with your 360 Precision products and services. With our rifle builds, we guarantee our standard rifles will shoot 1/2 MOA or better with properly handloaded ammunition or approved factory ammunition for the firearm. With larger magnum calibers in light weight configurations, or any hunting style rifle we guarantee 3/4 MOA accuracy with properly handloaded ammunition or approved factory ammunition for that firearm. This is simply because larger magnum rifles with and rifles with light weight components are harder to shoot accurately for a variety of reasons.

Shipping Policy

For orders over $1000 an adult signature is required, and the carrier may at its discretion, require the signature at the actual delivery address by the person who placed the order.

Please note that we must ship to the billing address of the cardholder on all web orders (excepting firearms, which must ship to FFL). If this poses a problem, CALL US before ordering so that we can make suitable arrangements.

Your shipping/handling fee is determined by the parcel’s weight and destination. Value is also considered for insurance purposes only.

Firearms Shipping

Firearms, Ammunition, or other products that require extra shipping care may be assessed additional fees. All firearms are assessed a $9.99 flat rate fee for shipping.

Firearms will ship to US addresses only. Firearms must be shipped to a licensed FFL. Additional shipping charges apply.

UPS – United Parcel Service:

Our standard shipping method within the contiguous US is UPS Ground service – 1-5 Business days delivery from shipping date. Orders that receive free shipping and are under $500 may ship via UPS SurePost, which typically adds 1 day of transit time when compared to the UPS Ground estimates shown on the map below.

Expedited UPS options are available, including:

UPS Next Day Air – Delivery by the next business day.

UPS Next Day Air Saver – Delivery by the end of the next business day.

UPS Second Day Air – Delivery by the end of the 2nd business day.

UPS Three Day Select – Delivery by the end of the 3rd business day.

Please note that expedited shipping guarantees are made by the carrier, not 360 Precision, and are from the time of shipping, not the time the order was placed. We ship until 2:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Orders placed outside of these times will be shipped as early as possiple on the next business day.

A signature is required for most UPS shipments.

We will ship no signature required, but only at the customer’s request. We are not responsible for lost orders that were shipped no signature required.

Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. Monday through Friday Eastern Standard Time ship same day.

USPS – United States Postal Service:

To all 50 states (including Puerto Rico). Please allow 3-7 days for delivery via Priority Mail and 1-3 Business days for Express Mail.

Shipping Insurance

This service ensures that in the event of a lost shipment with no delivery confirmation or delivery confirmation unsuccessful, the shipment would be replaced by 360 Precision. In the event that delivery confirmation to the stated address is successful, replacement of package may occur but only after investigation of how and why delivery confirmation would succeed to a target address.
