The 360 Precision Evolution 15″ Handguard is engineered for competitive shooters who demand faster positional transitions, rock-solid support, and the ability to tune their rifle’s balance without tools. Designed around the same competition-focused technology used on the 360 Precision Evolution Rifle, this premium AR-15 handguard combines integrated ARCA compatibility, RRS-LOCK® functionality, extensive accessory mounting space, and an innovative removable weight system.

The full-length ARCA dovetail rail along the bottom allows the rifle to mount directly to compatible ARCA tripods, bipods, clamps, and shooting supports. The integrated RRS-LOCK® system provides added security with compatible Really Right Stuff clamps, helping prevent unwanted movement under recoil or during aggressive positional shooting.

A continuous Picatinny rail runs across the top of the handguard, providing ample mounting space for optics, backup sights, night-vision equipment, and other accessories. M-LOK slots along the left and right sides allow shooters to add barricade stops, sling mounts, lights, data-card holders, and other competition or tactical accessories while keeping the handguard streamlined.

Case-hardened stainless-steel QD sling cups are integrated into both sides of the handguard. These reinforced mounting points provide convenient sling placement with the strength and durability required for hard use.

The rear of the Evolution handguard features a precision-machined angled interface with anti-rotation tabs positioned directly below the Picatinny rail. When installed against the upper receiver, these tabs help prevent the handguard from rotating and maintain consistent alignment under demanding shooting conditions.

Tool-Free Adjustable Weight System

The defining feature of the Evolution Handguard is its patented tool-less weight system. Each handguard includes a removable 2-pound weight that allows shooters to increase overall rifle weight, move the balance point forward, and create a more stable platform for competition shooting.

Removing the weight takes only seconds. Simply squeeze the two release tabs located on the sides of the handguard and slide the weight out. To reinstall it, align the weight with the handguard and slide it forward until it clicks securely into place. No screws, wrenches, or separate tools are required.

This rapid-adjustment system allows shooters to configure the rifle for different stages, shooting positions, or personal balance preferences without permanently adding weight to the platform.
